Most hotels and companies that offer babysitting services generally have a very high rate while the staff you employ for these services are people from the cleaning department, concierge and child monitors who work to earn extra money, but they do not have any nanny certificate.

Our staff goes through a strict hiring process that mainly includes 5 important requirements:

• Reference checks

• Government-issued photo ID

• First aid and CPR certification

We encourage open communication between families and nannies. If any issues arise, we will mediate to find a resolution. If necessary, we can provide a replacement nanny.

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday and  from 9:00AM to 1:00PM on Saturday. However, we offer nanny services 24/7, including evenings and weekends, to meet your needs.
